Shipping costs:
- For orders with a value up to CHF 100.-, the shipping cost is CHF 9.-.
- For orders over CHF 100.-, shipping is free.
Delivery:
- Orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered on the next business day.
- For orders placed after 13:00, the delivery time is 2 business days.
Where is My Package?
Once your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email.
This email will contain all the important delivery information, as well as a direct tracking link. You can use this link to check your package's current location and its estimated delivery date at any time.
Returns:
You can return your ordered items within 30 days at your own expense and risk and without reason.
Please fill in the return form for every return. Without this form we cannot guarantee a quick handling of your case. If you cannot find the form, please print one here for (Form Englisch / Formular Deutsch) (Adobe Acrobat needed).
Please consider the following points for a return:
- The article needs to be unused.
- The article needs to be in original packaging.
- The product needs to be equipped with all hang tags and labels.

Exchanges:
We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please send back the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
If you purchased your namuk product from a retailer, please return it to that retailer.
Refunds:
In the event of a return, the full value of the goods will be credited to your bank/PayPal account or credit card upon receipt and if the three points described above are met.
Your credit card will be credited within the next 10 days; it may take up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your statement.
