Shipping policy

 

  

Our packages are all dispatched by the Swiss Post (PostPac Priority). Orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered the next working day (except Monday). For orders placed after 13:00, the delivery time is two working days. The shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Please refer to the following list for the shipping conditions (excl. VAT or sales tax.):

To Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

  • For orders with a value up to CHF 100.-: shipping costs CHF 9.-
  • For orders with a value above CHF 100.-: free shipping

 

Returns

You can return your ordered items within 30 days without providing a return reason. However, as we are constantly striving to improve our service, we would be very grateful if you could give us a reason on the returns form.

Be sure to fill out the return form completely. We cannot guarantee fast processing without a fully completed form.
If the document can no longer be found, you can download it again here: English form / German form. The return shipment is at your expense and risk. Please make sure that the return shipment is sufficiently stamped.

Please note the following points for a return:
(Exception: product test as part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee)

  • The goods must be unworn.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging.
  • The goods must be fully labeled (product tags/labels).

In the event of a return, the full value of the goods will be credited to your bank/PayPal account or credit card upon receipt and if the three points described above are met. Your credit card will be credited within the next 10 days; it may take up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your statement.
